For simple upgrades, we recommend running MapTiler Server as systemd service, using the maptiler-server-servicify utility to configure.
You can verify that the server service is running via the 'systemctl status maptiler-server.service' function.
Download the newer version of MapTiler Server and install it with the 'e.g dpkg -i ./maptiler-server-2.1.0-linux.deb' function.
Then, all you need to do is restart your service with the 'systemctl restart maptiler-server.service' function and your server should be running on the newer version.
Note: Upgrading in this way is not a zero-downtime upgrade. To avoid downtime you need to run multiple server instances and redirect traffic between these instances during every single node upgrade.
