How to install MapTiler Server on Windows

Installation

MapTiler Server is using a standard installation wizard on Windows. Click Next between screens where you select where to install the software, where it should look for data, select Server port, and set up a password and click on Install in the very last window. 

If the Windows firewall blocks the access, allow it manually.
After a successful installation, a browser window should open with an address http://localhost:3650. 
Note: for production deployment, we recommend putting the MapTiler Server behind the IIS server.

Sign in to the administration and publish your maps

After you finish the installation, you can sign in to the administration and start publishing your maps.

Get data with maps & satellite imagery of the whole world 

Now you are ready to add the maps! 
- Download .zip with prepared data and map styles starter at MapTiler Data website.
- Drag&drop the zip into the web administration

If you need more detailed street maps, or terrain and get them from the MapTiler Demo Data package - including satellite & aerial imagery.
